ON THE SPOT: TEAM SOLUTION DANCE GROUP
From the Heart of Marondera Since 2017, Team Solution has encouraged youth in our community to build body and spirit through the art of dance. "Our mission is to transform lives through movement. We are an inclusive community where creativity flourishes, encouraging personal and artistic excellence through diverse forms of dance.
Team Solution was found by young Genius Teenagers Tanyaradzwa Vusimuzi Parangira Known as Vusabanana ,Russell Chiponda & Kuzivakwashe Wadzingenyama.
Team Solution Leader Vusa banana due to his abnormal and flexibility he is a 21 years old who studied at Dombotombo primary finishing up his studies at Rakodzi High school he then went on to study Motor Mechanics course for 2 years at Umaa Msasa but his love for dancing never faded.
He went on to Recruit a number of 15 members aged 10 to 20
Through their engagement of youth of all abilities, body types, and economic, social and cultural backgrounds, they provide an environment in which diversity is authentically embraced and needs to be celebrated. The young people with whom they work become leaders in Dombotombo which prepare them for leadership roles – both formal and informal – in their communities. And by working with professional, highly accomplished artists In their Hood the likes of Original Major, Team Solution dancers develop a keen understanding of the art form, the complexity of creating a production, and the power of the pursuit of excellence.
