๐ฅDid you know from the age of 40 you loose 10% of your strength every decade?! That means by the age of 70, you will loose around 30% of your strength ๐ณ the great news is we CAN delay this through movement. The incredible thing about rebounding is it combines resistance, weights and body weight all at the same time, all of which are needed to maintain strength. And of course at the same time we have fun!! ๐ Join us and bounce to maintain that strength ๐๐

This is why โweโ at Evolve Fitness love what we do! ๐ช๐ช๐คฉ๐คฉ๐The following story is a true and inspiring one of how it is never too late in life to adopt a healthy lifestyle & get moving. Phyllis, now one of our most dedicated gym members at Evolve Fitness started training with Caiden at the end of 2021. This was shortly after a very enlightening health scare where in what we all think of as a simple procedure in trying to do blood tests turned into a nightmare with collapsed & weakened veins that were preventing what needed to be done. Phyllis was warned by her doctor that her veins had progressively weakened over the years & if an effort was not made to try & strengthen them she would have bigger hurdles to conquer with age. Phyllis got busy! She started training with Caiden 3-4 times per week, in her words โI donโt do a lot but I keep moving and I lift what I canโฆ people may still see me as wobbly but inside I feel strongโ ๐ The proof was there, she had further blood tests done this month and her doctors words were โPhyllisโฆ. Thank you, thank you for doing this for yourselfโ. Over the 3 years Phyllis had strengthened her veins & improved blood circulation (muscle contractions push on the veins to help move blood back towards the heart, thus strengthening them). Caiden helped her by incorporating movement and a little strength training into her routine and the benefits have been life changing. Mental health, emotional, psychological, and social well-being and cognitive function are all improved with regular exercise.
