RACE REPORT HOTSPOT 3

Race 5 - HOTSPOT 3 from Featherstone, 315 km was liberated at 06.30 am on 9 May 2026. The sky was clear with a gentle tail wind. The maximum day time temperature was 30 degrees Celsius.

The first group arrived at 09.49 am with a velocity of 1576 m/min.

The 70 prize positions valued at US$ 55 200 were filled within 4 minutes.

369 birds arrived in 10 min

1237 in 60 min
1633 on the 1st day

1781 birds had arrived when the raced closed on the 2nd day. 226 birds (11%) did not return in race time.

The entry fee for Super Ace is $60 per pigeon. The competition entries close at liberation of Hotspot 3.

To enter Super Ace simply go to My Account, Pigeons, click Options next to the bird you want to enter, Enter Competitions then click Agree and Enter.

Starts at Hotspot 3. No extra charge. Email us your selection of 7 pigeons.

If not selected this will be done at random for you. If you have 7 or less birds the entry will be automatic.

Knock-Out

Starts at Hotspot 3. Pigeons activated and basketed for Hotspot 3 will be entered into the knockout competition automatically.

RACE REPORT HOTSPOT 2

Race 4 - HOTSPOT 2 from Orton Drift School, 261 km was liberated at 06.45 am on 2 May 2026. The sky was clear with little wind. The maximum day time temperature was 29 Degrees Celsius. Pigeons cleared well at liberation.

The first group arrived at 09.44 am with a velocity of 1456 m/min.

The 70 prize positions valued at US$ 55 200 were filled within 5 minutes.

109 birds arrived in 10 min
431 in 30 min
768 in 60 min
1334 by sunset on the 1st day
33 birds arrived at night

1936 birds had arrived when the raced closed on the 2nd day. 552 birds (22%) did not return in race time.
