🇪🇺 People in Focus realizoi me sukses trajnimin “𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗷𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲: 𝗧𝗲 𝗡𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗷𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗸𝘂 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗲 𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮” në kuadër të projektit 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗦 – Mountain Voices for Engaged and Sustainable Democracy.

👥 Trajnimi mblodhi së bashku përfaqësues të bashkive, përfaqësues të organizatave të shoqërisë civile, lider të komuniteteve dhe të rinj, të cilët diskutuan mbi rëndësinë e 𝘱𝘫𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘫𝘦𝘴 𝘲𝘺𝘵𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘦, 🇪🇺 𝘷𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘦, 🏛️ 𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘬𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘱𝘫𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦 dhe rolin aktiv të qytetarëve në proceset vendimmarrëse.

💬 Përmes sesioneve interaktive, 📝 ushtrimeve në grup dhe 🎭 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗲, pjesëmarrësit identifikuan sfidat dhe mundësitë për angazhim qytetar në komunitetet e tyre, si dhe u njohën me ⚖️ instrumentet dhe mekanizmat që mbështesin 𝗽𝗷𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗷𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗲 dhe 𝗾𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗷𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗷𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲.

🤝 𝚂̲𝚎̲ ̲𝚋̲𝚊̲𝚜̲𝚑̲𝚔̲𝚞̲ mund të ndërtojmë komunitete më të forta, më të përfshira dhe më aktive në proceset demokratike.

Ky aktivitet u realizua në kuadër të projektit MOVES – Mountain Voices for Engaged and Sustainable Democracy, i financuar nga Bashkimi Europian përmes Programit Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV).

Young representatives from People in Focus took part in the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 in 𝘚𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘢, 𝘉𝘶𝘭𝘨𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘢 in the framework of the Shine: Shaping the Future of Europe project. 🌍✨

The academy brought together young people from different countries to explore 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆, 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 through interactive learning activities, discussions, and teamwork. Participants worked on developing 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀-𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 that encourage community involvement and active participation in democratic processes. 🎙️🤝

During the training, participants:
* 🧠 Explored active participation through podcasts and discussions
* 📢 Developed awareness-raising campaign ideas
* 🎯 Learned how to engage young people and local communities
* 🎲 Tested the Democracy in Play board game
* 🎤 Interviewed youth in Sofia about impactful campaigns and civic participation

The experience created a 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, and inspiring young people to become more active in their communities. 💙

Exploring the past, shaping the future! ✨

– “LIVING forever the PAST through a 3Digital world” concluded its latest workshops in Berat, Tirana, and Shkodër, engaging students in discovering cultural heritage through interactive learning and digital innovation.

By connecting history with 3D technology, these final sessions encouraged young people to explore heritage from a different perspective and inspired them to take an active role in preserving it for future generations.

A special thank you to the schools for their warm collaboration, active involvement, and for giving us the opportunity to share this experience with their students. Funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme.

🌍 Tirana became a meeting point for participants from Albania, Italy, and Portugal as People in Focus hosted the MOVES – Mountain Voices for Engaged and Sustainable Democracy Conference, bringing together local communities, municipalities, researchers, and civil society actors. ⛰️

The event was organized together with the project partners: Casa Da’Abóbora, ANCI Lazio, Norema, and House of Europe.

A day full of discussions, exchange of experiences, participatory governance practices, and conversations on how to build stronger, more inclusive, and sustainable communities across Europe.

From local initiatives to policy discussions, MOVES created a space where ideas, challenges, and solutions could be shared openly.
