Three weeks ago we officially wrapped up the Green.Building.Solutions Summer University with our final project presentations and closing ceremony!
A big thank you to our academic partners, expert lecturers and dedicated organizers for making this program possible. Mostly thank you to our brilliant participants from across the globe!
From late-night brainstorming sessions and inspiring lectures to site visits and friendships that will last a lifetime - this year‘s GBS Summer auniversity was one of the books!

Yesterday the GBS 2026 group explored Vienna‘s famous Sonnenwendtviertel to study the direct contrast between old and new housing developments.

Kick-off Day at the Summer University 2026!
Yesterday marked Day 1 of our Green.Building.Solutions (GBS) program, and the energy at TU-Vienna was incredible! # started strong with Team-building, bringing together bright minds from all over the world.
The highlight of the day? Diving straight into the urgent challanges of sustainable architecture and exploring how different cultures tackle climate change in design.
To top it off, our students officially started their project work with an on-site visit to this year‘s location. The journey toward a more sustainable built environment has officially begun!
