A 54-year-old woman presented with a painful palpable mass and transient inflammatory symptoms in the left breast. She had undergone bilateral free liquid silicone injections for breast augmentation in Cambodia approximately 15 years earlier. Imaging was requested to differentiate infection from malignancy.
