What a weekend!
Yandina 50 you never fail to impress and the weather even held up to allow it to continue, which was pretty debatable with all the rain the Sunny Coast has had lately!
This year I got see it from the support crew side of things and even that was an incredible experience 🫶🏻
To see so many of my friends not only from JMT Agnes Water but JMT and other gyms just get out there and give it their all was nothing short of inspirational. The conditions where tough and the mud was deep, but the determination, grit and will power were stronger🙌🏼
To all that ran, well done, every single one of you had your own ‘WHY’ and brought everyone of you home 🫶🏻
So proud of you all. Time to rest and recover 🌟

There’s potentially a few that wont agree with this train of thought.

However, expand your mind and think of it this way. Addiction……. It’s quite a scary word isn’t it? You’ve either dealt with it yourself or have watched someone close to you suffer and or destroy themselves.
Addiction is something that has a ripple effect. It’s not just the person who is struggling, it’s the people that love them and quite often enable them, through no fault of their own, they just don’t know enough about it to help properly. The same can be said for anxiety, PTSD, ADHD all the acronyms that are talked about in hushed voices.

People! It’s all mental health, wrapped up in different paper.
