LAWN BOWLS AT ASGC

Due to the Henley on Todd time change and people being busy, only 4 players attended lawn bowls today.

We played pairs, with Ligi and Bernice taking the win 🏆🎉

Despite the small group, we had a fun morning and enjoyed the cooler weather 🍃🎳

Thursday evening social bowls is still happening! Last night we had 9 players turn up for a fun night of bowling. It was great to see so much improvement from everyone. 👏

Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends, come along and have some fun!

We had lovely weather and plenty of good bowls and good company. Yvonne took home the money, and it was a great afternoon all round.

Saturday Bowls—Time Change! 📢 Due to the Henley on Todd this Saturday, bowls will start at 9:00a.m. for a 9:30 game. It’s a social game, so everyone is welcome. Come along, have some fun, and enjoy a great morning of bowls! It’s only for this weekend.

What a tough weekend of bowls! 🌬️ The wind certainly played havoc with the conditions, testing everyone’s ability to adapt.

Josh, Wendy and Tim have done it again, taking out the Club Triples for the second year running! 👏

In the final, Josh van Haaren , Wendy Cochrane and Tim Jennings proved too strong, defeating Bruce Fyfe, Katherine O’Donoghue and Bruce Thomas 14–9.

Congratulations to our winners, and well done to all the players who battled through some very challenging conditions over the weekend.
