Tuesday adults fundamentals 6pm - Working the mount position with the peeps tonight. Focusing on pinning and controlling before looking for the subs, looked at the Ezekiel, Collar choke and armbar from S-mount.

Tightening up a few things with comp crew before eye head down to Melbourne on Thursday!

Just a reminder for everyone that Coach Nicky and the Perentie comp team will be away this weekend in Melbourne for the 2026 AJJC.

There will be a few class changed for end of the week and weekend while we are away.

Coach Mark will be covering adults class on Thursday night and Saturdays kids/teens rolling class and adults open mat. There will only be one adults open mat on Saturday at 11am-12pm.

If you have any questions both this weekends class changes, please get in touch.

Monday adults all levels class 6:30pm - Getting the week started with the adults crew tonight! Had a great session with Coach Brian, continuing to build the frames and hip & body movements to escape the mount position and get back to a better position!

Monday kids & teens classes - Getting another week started on the mats with the little peeps. 3-6yr building control and base with their spider kid position. 7-12yr olds working on the details of the guard pull and armbar attack. Teens working on the S-mount and armbar attacks.

Saturday kids & teens comp class - Last prep session with the kids comp team before we head down to Melbourne this coming week for Australian titles! The little peeps have been working hard getting ready and we’re looking forward to seeing how’s they go this year!

Saturday adults open mats 9am & 12pm - another Saturday and double open mats in the books! The peeps were rolling great today, getting in their mat time.

Saturday kids & teens rolling class 10am - The little peeps were rolling hard this morning and getting in a great rolling session! Love seeing the peeps continue to pick themselves and grow on the mats!

Friday kids & teens class - A great Friday afternoon in the mats with the little peeps. 3-6yr olds working on spider kid and aeroplane base. 7-teens working on defending the guard pull and getting the pass to side control!

Friday adults fundamentals 6am - Get this Friday morning started with a little bit of mat time! The morning crew were working on arm drags into the valley drop take down then attacking the back and turtle positions!

Thursday’s adults fundamentals 6pm - Great night on the mats with the adults crew! Working the half guard passing into mount and scarfhold positions.
