If you’re looking for something to do this Saturday, we have practice commencing at 12:30pm. Anyone available to help setup and packup would be greatly appreciated.

We had 119 shooters attend our June Shoot Today which caught us by a bit of a surprise (good surprise!)

There were some very different and challenging targets set, with a great variety across the ground which made for some fun.

Congratulations to Aaron Edmondson on winning High Gun with the score of 66/75 and all other prize winners for the day.

As always- we encourage all to take the time to pre nominate for events, it helps us as a club for catering, setting grounds and how many targets to put out. But also helps you get away shooting quicker as you will have a start time. If you need a hand with the MCMS process, please reach out to us and we can walk you through it.

❗️UPDATE❗️

Due to the long weekend, weather and lower numbers predicted we have decided that we are going to change the format of Sunday’s event.

New format:
1 ground 40/35
8 stands
5 targets per stand over a whopping 24 traps.

Plenty of variety to be had with some more space to spread the targets.

Canteen will be fully stocked with goodies and fires will be cranking 🔥

MEMBER NOTICE – VICTORIAN FI****MS LAW REFORMS -

NO CAPS!

The victorian government has released the Rapid review of Victoria's fi****ms laws (Ken Lay) report, and its response - read them here:

Importantly the Victorian Government has rejected a cap on Category A and B firearm ownership.

Field & Game Australia (FGA) welcomes this outcome.
The Government has recognised the legitimate and lawful needs of primary producers, hunters, collectors, and sporting shooters in rejecting this baseless recommendation.

FGA will review the full details of the proposed reforms and provide further updates to members in due course.
