Hey Ballina Coast parkrunners!
Teddi here, stepping up as your Run Director for this Saturday!
Before we lace up for tomorrow morning, I wanted to share a quick shoutout to a few of our local crew. Recently, Shane, CVR, Matt, Kelly, along with JVR (one of my fellow Event Directors) and myself, took on the ultimate 42.2 km challenge at the Sydney Marathon! Crossing that iconic finish line was an incredible experience and a great reminder of where those weekly 5k steps can lead. If you see any of the marathon crew around this weekend, be sure to give us a high-five!
