🎾 2026–27 MEMBERSHIPS NOW OPEN! 🎾

It's time to renew your Beechwood Tennis Club membership for the 2026–27 financial year (1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027).
Membership fees, as approved at our AGM, are:

✅ Family Membership – $60
✅ Single Membership – $30

🎾 FREE daytime court hire for all financial members
🎾 Eligibility to play in club competitions
🎾 Support the ongoing maintenance and development of our club and facilities
🎾 Be part of our great tennis community

Last night, we received our certificate from the Regional Australia Bank in recognition of its Community Partnership Program (CPP).

This year, the CPP contributed $821.03 to our club!

This community based program is dedicated to supporting local groups, at no cost to you, and it's so easy to be part of.

We are incredibly grateful to Regional Australia Bank and all our members who have chosen to support us through this program.

Alternatively, pop into the local branch in Wauchope and speak with their wonderful staff. Yes, they still have a local branch and are committed to staying in the community, unlike many of the major banks.

Please be advised that the Beechwood Tennis Club AGM for 2026 will be held at the Tennis Courts on Thursday 3rd September.

Thursday 3rd September 2026
6.30pm @ Beechwood Tennis Courts

All existing committee roles will be declared vacant in order for a new year's committee to be elected.

At the meeting, eligible (financial) members will have the opportunity to:
- find out about Beechwood Tennis Club's operations and finances - and vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- accept the annual report
- accept the annual financial statements
- nominate and elect the new committee

The following special resolution will be proposed at the annual general meeting:
