Resentment: When the body keeps the score.

Resentment arises when others take advantage of your good nature and generosity. It’s your mind’s way of signalling that it’s time to stop tolerating unfair treatment.

But resentment isn’t just an emotion—it’s energy that lingers, festers, and manifests in the body.

It can show up in subtle ways, like recurring health issues such as thrush, candida, or tinea. These are often signs of the damp, stagnant energy you’re holding onto.

I know that when I’m facing these challenges, it’s a wake-up call. It’s time to press pause, check in with myself, and reassess.

So, what’s stopping you from speaking up? Releasing resentment begins with honouring your boundaries and using your voice.

Protect your peace. Let go of what no longer serves you and reclaim your energy.

Let's talk about empath loneliness

Loneliness often comes from relying on others for a sense of worth. I know this deeply—having spent ten years in a toxic relationship marked by isolation and neglect.

I relied on his validation to feel good enough, but that neediness gave him the power to take away what I sought if his needs didn’t come first.

Navigating loneliness taught me this: being with people isn’t always the solution. If the strategy is to give, give, and give, it only deepens the emptiness. True connection comes from giving and receiving in emotionally secure, collaborative relationships.

Healing means reclaiming your worth and learning that your value isn’t defined by others' approval. You are whole on your own. 💖
