Another Yin, Pin & Sound coming up with .lonne ✨ find out more about why this is such a special event 💜
Yin Yoga
We will hold relaxing poses in a passive way for up to five minutes. These longer holds create softness and flow in the muscles, fascia, and energy meridians, while inviting a meditative state and deeper self-awareness.
Acupuncture
During a restful pose (savasana), four very fine, sterile needles will be gently inserted at points chosen to enhance calm and balance. The needles will be retained for 20–30 minutes. Acupuncture is known for its calming and regulating effects on the nervous system.
Sound Immersion
A variety of sound healing instruments will be used, including crystal singing bowls, shamanic drumming, koshi chimes, voice, rattles, and soft lullabies—supporting deep relaxation and integration.
At the end of the session, tea and a grounding nibble will be offered to help ease the transition back into the rest of your day.

Fascia is the most intelligent organ or system in the body – it is more than just connective tissue. It holds and integrates the muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments & organs, forming a continuous adaptable network throughout the body. Everything in the body sits within the fascia, and when we work with it, everything resets naturally.
Join Simon McDonald of a myofascial workshop, you’ll be guided through Fascial Maneuvers which are simple, powerful techniques that target the most common areas of tension in the body. By the end of the workshop, you’ll know how to release pain and stress from your own body.

Winter Solstice Day Retreat. A ritual space to consciously process change.
Endings, beginnings, grief, burnout and uncertainty, all of these experiences we often rush past, rarely pausing long enough to actually recognise what is happening within.
Intentional acts help interrupt the endless stream of tasks, distractions and obligations. And ritual provides us fertile ground to recognise, digest and process the content of our lives.
They help us mark thresholds.
Honour what has been lost.
Recognise what is changing.
Remember what matters.
Join us for a day of Asana. Himalayan Kriya, Pranayama, Japa mantra and Meditation.

Celebrating Anna💜 learn more about her yoga journey
✨ Anna's teaching style✨
Anna 's classes are designed to support students to experience yoga as a form of mindful movement. A practice where they can connect with their breath, body, movement and sensations with an attitude of presence, acceptance and care.
Anna enjoys weaving fluidity into her sequences, allowing the yoga to feel like a moving meditation. Students are encouraged to make their practice their own; taking rest when they need to take rest, or extending and challenging themselves when that feels like the best fit for them on that day. Her classes are inclusive and suitable for all levels of experience.
✨My favourite thing about my home practice is that no matter the duration; whether it is 5 minutes or a whole hour, it's the most effective way for me to connect back to myself and reground; shifting whatever stress may have built up, grounding when I need grounding, or uplifting me when I'm needing uplifting.
✨My first experience of yoga was with my housemate at uni who had been practicing yoga since her early teen years (and later went on to become a yoga teacher as well). I remember experiencing shoulder stand for the first time and, not understanding what it was doing for me, just knew it felt good.
✨Currently, my favourite yoga posture is Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon pose). I just love the expansiveness of this posture and how it allows me to feel open in all directions. Due to the balance element, it also requires a lot of concentration and focus, which I also love. There's always something knew to attend to in the posture.
Anna teaches Tuesday mornings 6:30am and 9:30am
