The time is now.

Every choice leaves a mark.
Every moment passes once.

Live in a way that you would not need a redo.

You don’t need to be ready, you just need to start.

When I started 75 Hard, I wasn’t chasing aesthetics or followers I was chasing discipline and I knew if I could build that offline, I could document it online.

So I launched a new account.

No niche. No strategy. Just a commitment to show up every day.

Training, meals, mindset shifts.

I was documenting all of it.

Eventually, I got clearer on what made me different my background, my values, where I was headed and that became my USP.

Then I created a simple free resource based on what helped me most, didn’t wait for the perfect funnel, just launched it messy.

Collected emails and that list turned into warm leads eventually turning into income.

Started with time-based offers and over time refined them, built systems around them & scaled from there.

Comment “PLAYBOOK” and I’ll send you the exact steps I followed to hit 100k in 100 days.

When your goals are bigger than your environment, you will be misunderstood, doubted, and questioned.

That part is normal.

It does not mean you are doing it wrong.

Choose your hard.

Progress comes from lowering the bar, not raising your standards. One post a week is enough to build momentum. Once you are moving, consistency becomes easier and confidence follows.

The goal is not to win on day one. The goal is to show up long enough to stay in the game.

Make starting feel easy. Everything else comes later.
