Permanent slot openings 🥰

For the first time since moving, I’ve got some permanent slot openings. If any of the below slots suit you and you’d like to join, get in contact or click the book now button in my bio ❤️

Tuesday 6am, 6:45am, 4pm

Wednesday 6am (opening in a couple of weeks)

Saturday 10:45am, 11:15am

2023 is only a few days away 🙈

Sessions commence on the 7th of January for the year and I only have 6 slots left!!

Tuesday, 6:45am

Wednesday 6am

Thursday 3:15pm, 4:45pm

Saturday 7:45am, 11:30am

Once these are filled I won’t have any new permanent slots until a client decides to give one up, so if you’ve been on the fence about joining, jump online now and book before it’s too late.

We’ve moved & 2023 spaces! ⬇️

Strathnairn was good to me, but Hackett will be even better!! Over the Christmas break the gym will have professional full length mirrors installed and a special surprise that I can’t wait to show you all!

I only have a couple permanent slots left for 2023 remaining with majority of my current clients following and a bunch of new clients starting in the new year, so if you wanted to lock something regular in please get in contact asap!

I have 3 morning weekday slots, 2 afternoon weekday slots and a couple on Saturdays left (I’m a bit flexible with the weekend so I can probably squeeze you in somewhere!) once these are full my books will close ❤️

Permanent slot openings

I've sat and thought about what sessions I can fit in and have managed to create a few new spaces, so if you've been waiting to get in nows your time. I've had next to no movement with permanent slots this year 😅 and I don't expect much movement until 2023 with us moving to Hackett.
(Even then I think most clients will continue even after the move!🥰)

I will have more availability come 2023 with Hunter starting daycare ❤️

𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞!

Hunter is finally sleeping a decent amount so I’m happy to take morning clients on again. I’ll be running 1 morning session a day for now until we’re settled in the new house in 2023.

If you didn’t know, we’re currently renovating a house in Hackett (Inner north) and plan on moving in towards the end of this year so if this suits you better, YAY!! 🥰

This year I’m prioritising my education📚🤓
Even while running a business and raising a 5mo, 2yo and 4yo 🤪

Did you know I’m fully booked? 90% of my current clients are the same clients who started with me when I opened.. 🥰

To become a personal trainer you have to complete your cert 3 & 4 in fitness but this only scratches the surface so I also completed pre/post pregnancy course to get certified. Everything else I learnt from training myself in the gym, reading online and from a select few that I follow and look up to.

Last week I completed my 8 week Womens Physiology & Training course which taught me more about womens anatomy, physiology & biomechanics, nutrition and dieting, periods and hormones, additional things for postpartum & pelvic floor that I didn’t know before plus a bunch of other bits and pieces!!

This week and released their program design course so it was obviously meant to be 🙈 I’m ready to take both mine and my girls training to the next level..

In the last few months I’ve only had 2 clients move on (both moved interstate) so I rarely have permanent slots open, but if you’re interested in training with me get in contact and I can put you on my waiting list ❤️

Group PT on Fridays

I only have 3 slots left for Fridays session, you can either book in all or book week by week (I can’t guarantee the slot will last!)

Once these are full that’s it! I’m currently fully booked for all permanent 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, but keep an eye on my stories for cancellations as they come up! Current clients get first preference for new perm openings ❤️

‼️ Group sessions - please read ‼️

Hi all of my lovely girls, if you were someone who showed interest in my group session stories and are yet to book one in can you please do so, or let me know when you were interested in starting! If sessions don’t pick up interest by the end of January I will be closing them off ❤️

I’m currently running sessions with 2 or 3 girls (sometimes 1 when I get last minute cancellations!) per group so if this doesn’t increase in the coming weeks I will have to close them off for now. I’ve currently squeezed these sessions into my personal free time so if the demand isn’t there I’ll take the time back for now and think about them again after we move later in the year ❤️

6am Tuesday
6pm Friday
7am Saturday

I want to help as many of you as possible but if the numbers aren’t there I’d love to have the free time back 😂❤️
