Already into week two of our CCC Women’s Program and honestly… these sessions have been so much fun 💙
Today's session focused on cornering. We worked on:
· scanning through the corner
· braking before the corner, not in it
· keeping your inside pedal up
· relaxing your body and lowering you centre of gravity, and
· cornering in a group
Over the past two weeks we’ve also worked on braking, bunch riding, communication in the bunch, and building comfort on the bike.
The program is based around AusCycling's 4 Week Free Trial licence and is designed to help build foundations while giving riders a taste of club life and racing.
