State Levels Diamond have been practising their floor choreography as they continue learning how to perform and present their routines. β¨
Floor choreography is an important opportunity for gymnasts to connect with the judge, show off their movements and express each part of their routine with confidence.
The gymnasts have been working on making their choreography clear, polished and engaging as their floor routines continue to come together. π

On Saturday, our WAG buddy groups came together for their Term 2 buddy group activity, creating their own βEnergy Toolboxesβ π§°β¨
The gymnasts spent time exploring different ways they can fuel, reset, and recover before, during, and after training. πͺπ€ΈββοΈ From healthy habits to mindset strategies, it was a fantastic opportunity for athletes to learn from one another, share ideas, and build positive routines that support both their wellbeing and performance.
We love seeing our gymnasts connect across the program, encourage each other, and continue developing skills that will benefit them both in and out of the gym. β€οΈπ€π

π€ΈββοΈβ¨ This week in KinderGym, our little gymnasts have been working hard on their balance skills! π
Learning to balance is an important part of early childhood development. It helps children with everyday movements such as running π, jumping π¦, climbing π§, and playing π. Balance activities also support cognitive development, which is linked to the growth of writing βοΈ, reading π, and language skills π£οΈ.
Most importantly, developing balance helps children build confidence πͺ in their movements and encourages them to explore their world with greater independence and self-assurance. πβ€οΈ
