Our next Keiko will feature the lightning-fast Sensei Josie (5th Dan) ⚡
Sensei Josie has a wealth of experience to share, from representing SKIA at the world-stage 🥋, to cross-training in boxing and BJJ 🥊, and even teaching women's self defence 🤼‍♀️

Additionally, this session will be hosted in the beautiful Berry, known for its delicious donut van 🍩 So if you're up for a spectacular Sunday, with killer karate, it will be well worth the trip 🚗

Exciting news!!

Mitsunobu Ito Sensei, SKIF Honbu Instructor, current SKIF World Champion (2023), and 4th Dan, is coming to Australia! Seminars will be held from 26 September – 5 October 2026!

Known for his exceptional speed, precision and technical excellence, this is a great opportunity to train with one of the world’s finest Shotokan instructors during his first ever Australian Tour! 🦘
