Fitdance with Jance

Sorry for my late response and update but I have been in denial/ depression about this all .. 😫

As you know I have done my knee in .. meniscus injury .. if you know anything about this it can take up to 6-8 weeks recovery .. so that’s where we are at my darlings .. I’m so sorry I am absolutely gutted at myself for having done this but I can’t help it either .. it’s just time and recovery .. just so you know I have my big 50th celebration with all my besties next weekend and have been told by my physio no dancing / twisting so I am absolutely devo .
Devastated not being able to teach and then not to be dancing at a celebration I have been loookg forward to since May this year .. please forgive me and please pray for my healing ❤️‍🩹 to be prompt .
I want to be back teaching you all as much as you are missing your weekly classes too 💞 Miss you all 🥰😔

She came back to one of my classes for old times sake !
She would come weekly with a few other german au pairs and have some fun fitness with us all !
I really miss them all !

We return to Monday night Fitdance next week 13th October .
Week two the hall is unavailable all week so we either have no class that week or we can add another class into the first week .
