Strength is important throughout our entire lives, but even more as we age.
Nobody is every too old to improve their strength and movement, and the quality of life improvements are immense.
Bobby has been training with his mates at Beast Mode PT for over 2 years now and is stronger and healthier than he has been in years.
His confidence has grown and he has found a passion for training that is inspiring to see.

Single Leg RDLs are a movement that almost everyone should aim to be competent in, and they can be scaled from beginners all the way to elite, experienced athletes.
Give them a try if you've never done them!

Having my Friday crew back together in-person this week was amazing!
These guys have been training on Zoom twice a week all throughout Canberra's lockdown and it was great to have them back on the gym floor!

Young Taniela has been training with us for the past month, learning the key components of athletic development for young athletes.
A keen Rugby League, Union, Oztag and Tag20 player, T's parents know how important it is for him to develop his strength and fitness safely and efficiently, so they came to Beast Mode PT and Taniela has been doing a fantastic job so far!
Strength training is not only in the realm of adults. Strength training done safely and progressed correctly based on competency is an amazing tool that can be of huge benefit to young athletes.
