We’re proud to introduce our new Umpire Support Role at Katz Netball Club.

This role has been created to help build the confidence of our junior umpires, encourage positive sideline behaviour and create a supportive environment across our courts.

Our umpire supporters are there to encourage, guide and help create respectful spaces for our young umpires to learn and grow. They are not to coach or overrule them. 👏
