💙💚 CHS ATHLETICS REPRESENTATIVES 💚💙

A huge congratulations to Charlee and Emma, who represented at the CHS Athletics Championships! 🌟

🥉 Charlee had a fantastic championships, taking home 3rd place in Discus and finishing 7th in Shot Put. An incredible achievement at this level of competition!

🏃‍♀️ Emma (2nd on left) competed as part of a relay team, racing their way into the final and finishing an impressive 5th overall!

We are so proud to see our Cardiff athletes competing on the CHS stage and achieving some fantastic results. What an experience for both girls! 👏

Another great night of Athletics last night and what a win from The Knights!!

A big thank you to everyone who came along and for bearing with us over these first few weeks while we work through a few little teething issues!

The waiting times between events will definitely improve as everyone gets used to the rhythm of the night and things start to flow a little more smoothly.

For all our trialists who have now completed their two free weeks, it’s time to get registered if you’d like to keep coming along!

We hope the kids have loved their first few weeks of Athletics and are keen to continue their journey with us. We’ve loved seeing everyone out there giving it a go! ❤️

Please remember that all our committee members and helpers are volunteering their time to run the club. We’re always doing our best to keep things running smoothly, but sometimes things might go a little haywire! 😅 Please be kind and patient with our volunteers — we really appreciate it.

Feedback and a helping hand are always welcome, so if anyone would like to step up and get involved, we’d love to hear from you!
A huge thank you to the few new volunteers who jumped in last night to help out on the BBQ and around the track — it was fantastic to see some new faces getting involved!

We are excited to see you all tonight for week 2 of athletics! 💙💚

🔹Trialists - new and returning - please come to the table on the field to check in.
🔹Returning athletes must be registered to participate. Can register and compete today but rego pack will not be ready
🔹 Rego packs available to pick up from 4.45pm until start of competition at 5.30pm.
🔹We do have some uniform that has arrived. If you ordered before the 7th Sept cutoff please ask at the clubhouse.
🔹 Order uniform before 9am on 13th Oct for final free delivery.
🔹 Don’t forget our tasty canteen is serving a tasty dinner!! BBQ, hot chips, drinks and snacks.

🎉 AND WE’RE BACK! 🎉

What a way to kick off the 2026/27 Cardiff & District Little Athletics season! 💚🖤🤍

Our first Friday night is officially done and dusted, full of running, jumping, throwing, cheering, smiling and plenty of fun! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It was so good to see so many familiar faces back at the track and to welcome lots of new athletes and families to the Cardiff crew. 💚

A HUGE thank you to all of our parents, volunteers, age managers and committee members who jumped in and helped make tonight happen. Club nights simply don’t run without you!

And of course, well done to our athletes! Whether you smashed a PB, tried an event for the first time or simply gave it your best, we loved seeing you out there! 🙌

Here’s to another fantastic season at Cardiff! 🏃‍♀️💨

📣 LAST REGO PACK PICK-UP BEFORE THE SEASON STARTS! 💙💚

We’ll be at the Cardiff Little Athletics clubhouse TOMORROW – Sunday 30 August from 3:00–4:30pm for our final Rego Pack Pick-Up + Uniform Try-On session! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

✨ Haven’t registered yet?
Register by 11:00am tomorrow and we’ll have your athlete’s rego pack ready and waiting for collection at the clubhouse tomorrow afternoon!

🧹🐝 Coming down? Why not come a little earlier and lend a hand at our Working Bee!
Our Working Bee kicks off from 1:00pm at Neegulbah Park, and we’d love as many helping hands as possible to get the grounds ready for the new season. Many hands make light work! 💪💚

👕 Then stick around from 3:00pm to collect your rego pack and try on uniforms.

New athletes are welcome to enjoy a 2 WEEK FREE TRIAL before committing to registration.

It’s the perfect opportunity to:
⭐ Give athletics a go
⭐ Try a range of running, jumping and throwing events
⭐ Meet our athletes and families
⭐ See how our Friday nights work
⭐ Decide if athletics is the right fit for your family

You can trial at any time during the season, but we recommend coming along at the beginning of the season so that if you decide to join, you’ll get the most value from your registration.

And don’t worry about missing those first results! If you decide to register after your trial, your trial results can be added to ResultsHQ. 🙌

📅 Want to give it a go? Simply come along to our first competition night on Friday 4 September, fill in a quick trial form when you arrive, and then you’re ready to get started! 🙌

Our first Rego Pack Pick-Up Day is this Friday! 💚💙

⭐ Friday 21 August | 5:30–6:30pm
⭐ Friday 28 August | 5:30–6:30pm
⭐ Sunday 30 August | 3:00–4:30pm

👕 Uniforms will also be available to try on at each session, so it’s the perfect chance to make sure you’re ready for the season ahead.

📣 REGISTER BY 7PM THURSDAY!
Any registrations completed by 7pm Thursday 20 August will have their rego pack ready and waiting for pick-up on Friday.
