🌿 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM US HERE IN COLES BAY 🌿

To all our wonderful locals, regulars and visitors who have supported us — thank you! 💚

As we head out of winter and start looking forward to warmer days here on the East Coast, we’re taking a short break.

Changing Point Massage will be closed from 26 September until 16 October.

So, if your body is feeling a little worse for wear after winter, now is the perfect time to come in, unwind and get yourself feeling good for the warmer months ahead. ☀️

Massage can help ease tight and tired muscles, reduce aches and stiffness, improve movement and mobility, support recovery from exercise, relieve stress and give you some much-needed time to slow down and reset.

Whether you’re working hard, getting active again, feeling a few winter niggles, or simply need some time for yourself — we’d love to see you before we head off.

You can also pre-book your appointment for when we return from 16 October, so you’ve got your next massage already sorted.

📞 Call or text us 0491331770

Thank you for continuing to support our little local business. We really appreciate you. 💚

See you before the break — or when we’re back and ready for summer! ☀️🌊

✨ A little Changing Point team update ✨

It’s been such an amazing winter, and I’ve been incredibly grateful to have Agatha as part of the Changing Point team. 🤍

Sadly for us, Agatha’s time with Changing Point is coming to an end, with her last day being Monday 24 August.

While I’m definitely sad to see her go, I’m also so excited for her as she continues her travels and explores more of the world 🌎✈️ — although I’ll admit there’s a little bit of jealousy there! 😂

If you’ve been wanting to get in for one last massage with Agatha before she heads off, now is the time! 💆‍♀️✨ You can book online or get in touch with me directly to check her remaining availability.

Agatha, thank you for being such a beautiful part of the Changing Point team. You’ll absolutely be missed! 🫶

And who knows… fingers crossed another superstar finds their way to Tasmania and joins us in the future!

Safe travels Agatha! Go explore, have the best time, and keep doing what you do best. 🌿✨

✨ Agatha is back for winter with Changing Point Massage ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Agatha back to the team this season in beautiful Freycinet. With her calming presence, intuitive touch, and genuine passion for helping people feel their best, Agatha has quickly become a favourite among both locals and visitors alike.

Her treatments are deeply relaxing, grounding, and tailored to exactly what your body needs — whether that’s easing tension, calming the nervous system, relieving aches and pains, or simply giving you time to fully switch off. You always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and better than when you arrived.

You can now experience treatments at our new studio location in the heart of Coles Bay 📍16A Harold Street.

Prefer to stay cosy and warm in your accommodation? Agatha and Melissa are both available for mobile massage treatments throughout Freycinet and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re after a solo treatment to spoil yourself or a relaxing couples massage in the comfort of your holiday stay, we can come to you.

Please note: our studio currently has one treatment room available, so couples massages are best booked as mobile sessions.

Both therapists are available throughout winter and would love to help you unwind after a hectic season, reconnect with your body, and fully relax during your Tasmanian getaway through the incredible Freycinet National Park.

A massage with Changing Point is the perfect addition to your Coles Bay stay 🌿

✨ A little update from us ✨

We’ll be taking a short break from April 13th – May 1st as we move into our new studio space at 16A Harold Street, Coles Bay 🤍

With just one week left before we close our doors (temporarily!), now is the perfect time to book in if you’ve been thinking about a treatment.

We’ll still be offering mobile massage during this time, so you can continue to enjoy a treatment from the comfort of your own home—however, studio appointments won’t be available during the move.

If your body could use a reset—whether it’s tension, stress, or simply time to unwind—we’d love to see you before we take this little pause.
