Today was a perfect example of extra energy in action😂🥳
Simone brought an extra bit of flair to station 8!! turning a standard cardio set into something creative, engaging, and honestly... pretty entertaining for everyone involved!
It had members smiling, joining in- so much fun!
Who says cardio has to feel like cardio?!
Sometimes it’s about moving differently, having a laugh, and finding that spark that keeps you coming back

5 signs it’s time to go heavier:
1. Those last 2 reps feel easy—you could easily smash out a few more.
2. You’re getting through your sets without breaking form or really feeling it.
3. It’s not challenging anymore—your muscles aren’t being pushed.
4. You’re recovering super quickly between sets.
5. Coach says you’ve got more in the tank… and deep down, you know you do.
Progress is about pushing yourself safely so your body can grow stronger.
More weight = more strength, more progress, more confidence 💪
So next time we ask—if you’re ticking one (or all) of these boxes… don’t hesitate.

Mount Blanc isn’t a wine… 🍷❌😁
It’s tomorrow’s workout… and before you go it’s cardio, hear me out 👇
This one isn’t about going flat-out the whole time. It’s about building the kind of strength and confidence that carries into everything else you do.
Think:
✨ Stronger legs
✨ Better balance
✨ Improved coordination
✨ A little more confidence with those “feet leaving the floor” moments
It’s a hybrid class so there’s some cardio… but it’s the good kind,the kind that leaves you feeling accomplished, not destroyed.
You can take it at your own pace, modify where needed, and still walk away knowing you’ve done something really worthwhile for your body.
So no, it’s not a fancy drop 🍷
…but it will leave you feeling pretty good afterwards 😉
