Aztecs Hockey Club Aztecs HC fields both Junior and Senior teams that participate in the West Gippsland Hockey Associat We welcome players of all ages and abilities.

The Aztecs Hockey Club is one of the five clubs that have merged with the West Gippsland Hockey Association (WGHA) . We are a family club dedicated to promoting and developing hockey in the West Gippsland area. We place emphasis on the importance of junior players enjoying hockey as they develop their skills and also believe that it is important that all players participate in a friendly team environment. Aztecs also fields Mens and Womens teams in the local comp for those over 18 who are still passionate about their hockey. Games are played at Bellbird Park in Drouin. 2022 Season: The Winter season starts with Round 1 on April 30th. 14 rounds with 2 weeks of finals concluding with the Grand Final on September 10th. WGHA runs HookIn2Hockey, Stick2Hockey Programs and Under 12s, Under 15s, Under 18s, Womens and Mens competitions. Congratulations to 3 of our Junior players who took home awards last night at the Dandenong Warriors Hockey Club Junior Awards Night.
All 3 have played Friday nights for their U16 Mixed District 2026 season.
Erynn and Izzy will today play in the VL2R Dandy Team in the Grand Final at Parkville @ 2.30pm against Latrobe Uni. Goodluck to them.
(Both on field, and emergency GK).

Just for those not played finals before and those that have as a reminder, our expectation is to come and support the other teams playing and also there is league presentations in between the 2 games of the age groups etc. ,

I would love to see alot of red, white and black around the pitch. Please dress up as much as you can , face paint if needed.
If people could bring some streamers of either 3 colours.

Is there anyone else in Aztecs or one of our other local clubs who can / or would like to help out in canteen duty tomorrow please we have some shifts at
- 9.00am to 10.00am 2 spots
- 10.00am to 11.00am 1 spot
- 11.00am to 12.00pm 1 spot.

It would be awsome if these can be filled. Please find the link for duty teams where you can submit your allocation in the time slot you would like to fill.
