Tracksesh is a weekly running group at Dubbo's fantastic athletics track (Barden Park). It is at 6pm every Thursday night, and it is free! Everyone is welcome.
It is very social or as serious as you want it to be. We cater to all running abilities. Tracksesh aims to improve your running with interval based sessions.
