WELL, We tried to post this earlier, but Facebook wasn't being our friend...so let's try again.

It might still be the off-season...but LOUD Season is drawing close, so the team has been working HARD preparing the N11 Rocketship for BLAST OFF when the new season starts.

Quite a bit of bar work had to be done to the car over the offseason (NO, not THAT bar work that Chippy is known for), and for that we really need to thank Jack Selmes from Sparrow Customs for all the help he has given the team. hopefully straighter bars mean straighter lines on the racetrack 🤞🤞

With the 2026-2027 season getting close...the team is looking for sponsors, so if your business or one of your family members or friends has a business that would be interested in joining the team as a partner, send us a message and Chippy will get in touch.

Well another long season has finally come to end...we've had some HIGHS!!....and some lows.
The team has worked it's collective butts off all season to get the car ready for each race meeting...and Chippy has pushed himself to the limit to try and get good results.

This year's highlight has to be Chippy's long awaited win at Goulburn Speedway in February.

Of course the only way the Moir Racing Team can continue to strive to get the N11 Rocketship to the track every meeting is with the support of all of our wonderful corporate supporters.
Without their support the car wouldn't get the necessary parts, fuel in the tank, tyres on the rim....and Chips in the driver's stomach!!

Last round for the season at Western Sydney Speedway. Massive week for the team.
So it’s time too go racing.

NSW Title - Lightning Sprints, Dubbo Speedway May 11th 2026
**** RECAP ****

Well the team made the long drive out to Dubbo Speedway for the NSW Lightning Sprintcar Title.
The team was confident that the car was in full "Rocketship" Mode.

Heat 1 Chippy was starting out of Position 9, the race got the green and Chippy was making moves trying to gain places on the track until the car in front he was battling had it's engine let go and unfortunately Chippy had no where to go.
On the restart after a few laps the car had the wishbone and the chain break which unfortunately sent the broken parts straight through the engine block causing major damage and putting a premature end to Chippy and the Moir Racing Team's night.
Disappointment for the whole team would be an understatement, the team works hard every race night and most nights leading up to race meetings and to have something so cruel happen puts a dagger through your heart sometimes.

Once the team arrived back from Dubbo it's been FULL STEAM AHEAD to get the other engine in the racecar so that Chippy and the team can be ready for the VERY LAST meeting of the season at Western Sydney Speedway this Saturday Night (16th May)

Spectator gates will open from 11:30am, giving fans plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere. Cars will hit the track from 1:30pm, with pre program racing starting at 1:30pm.
