10 YEARS OF SALTY FIT 💙
Outdoor boot camp, pilates, boxing sessions for high school crew & Swans Veterinary Services team bonding Bootcamps were some special times. Now having a studio space unfortunately I don’t make my way around town providing sessions before school or after work. It’s all very special to me, meeting people of all ages, learning how to train different bodies, understanding that more isn’t always best. I hope I have made a difference in people’s life ☺️ Please leave a little comment below of your time with us during an outdoor session! OHHHH and the epic sunrise and sunsets will never be forgotten!
