Spine & Sport Forster is a specialist physiotherapy, chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic helping people recover from injury, manage pain and return to the activities they enjoy. Our experienced team provides evidence-based care for musculoskeletal and sports injuries, spinal pain, headaches and dizziness, post-operative rehabilitation, persistent pain and complex conditions, with dedicated gym-based rehabilitation in our modern Forster clinic. Led by Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Dr Mathew Smith FACP, we focus on thorough assessment, clear explanations and practical treatment plans tailored to each person.

What a season for the Tuncurry Forster Football Club Tigers! 💛🖤

We’re incredibly proud to be supporting the club as sponsors, and this weekend we’ll be cheering extra loud as both the A Grade Women and U16 Boys take to the field for their Grand Finals! 🏆

Our new gym is here! 🏋🏼

When designing our new clinic, we knew it was time to take things up a notch.

For the first time, we now have a dedicated gym and rehabilitation space designed to help our patients recover, rebuild and get back to doing what they love. 💙

Whether you’re returning to sport, work, your favourite hobbies or everyday life after an injury or surgery, or you’re living with ongoing pain, our clinicians will be right alongside you every step of the way. 💪🏼

Designed for all abilities and stages of recovery, this space is where rehabilitation and recovery meets real-life movement.
