Happy Father’s Day to my Dad (Brad Hilder) & all the Speedway Dad’s, Grand Dads, Uncles & Father Figures that come out & help us chase our dreams week in, week out on & off the track. We appreciate all the hours & hard work you put in to preparing our cars, fixing our cars, paying for our cars, all on top of working your day jobs. ! 👍🏻 I’m pretty lucky to have such a great Dad who makes me laugh, eats good food, loves a chat, loves racing himself & takes me racing all over the world to make me a better racer. 🇺🇸 Deming Speedway
3rd & Final night of Clay Cup Nationals - 18/07/2025.

A x38 car field set the scene of the 43rd running of the Clay Cup Nationals in the 600 restricted open age group. Randy Pratt sung the Australian, Canadian & American national anthems which meant a lot.

The format of Clay cup changed due to the rain out on the 1st night which didn’t really favour Zack in the point standings.

B Main 1:
Started: p4
Finished: 4

Unfortunately they only take the top x2 cars from each B Main so that ended Zacks run of the 2026 Clay Cup.

As always it was great to come back & race over here. The team / Zack have had a few ups & downs this time around but it was a great experience & Zack is grateful to be able to come over here & compete.

Thanks to Big Brad, Mum & Dad for all that they did for me to race at Deming Speedway.

Thanks to all the other competitors for a great time on & off the track especially Cassandra Russell Hillier for the lunch time feed & delicious cup cakes. 😋 Thanks to everyone who messaged & watched the racing from back home. We had a ball & will hopefully be back again next year!

Zack placed 13 out of the 19 cars in the group.

Heat 1: (10 cars)
Started position: 7.
Finished: 6th.

B Main 1. (12 cars)
Started out of position: 5
Finished: 5 - missed out on the transfer by 2.
