Today we celebrate the dads and all the people who step into that role in their own way. ❤️

The fathers, stepdads, grandads, carers, and role models who show up, support, guide, and help shape the people around them.

Not every family looks the same, and not every father figure carries the same title. Sometimes the people who have the biggest impact on us aren’t necessarily the ones we expected, they’re simply the ones who kept showing up.

The ones who taught us things without making a big deal of it. Who checked in when something didn’t seem right. Who offered advice, gave us a push when we needed one, had our backs, made us laugh and helped us find our feet.

We’re lucky to see plenty of that within Strong too, dads training alongside their kids, families sharing the gym, and people supporting each other both inside and outside these four walls.

So today is for all of you.

To the dads, the father figures, the carers, and anyone who has chosen to be that steady person in someone else’s life, thank you for what you do!

THE BAY’S STRONGEST 2026 IS HERE.

Strong Jervis Bay is proud to be partnering with The Bay Games and Australia’s Strongest to bring The Bay’s Strongest 2026 to Jervis Bay this November.

The Bay Games brings the energy of The Games From Down Under, built around everyday athletes, community, mates, movement.

Australia’s Strongest has built a pathway for the sport from grassroots novice competition right through to national level strongman.

And now we’re bringing those two worlds together in Jervis Bay.

As Round 4 of Australia's Strongest NSW Grand Prix Series, this 5 event competition is about bringing strongman athletes together, giving newcomers and novice a place to step into the sport, and giving intermediate and experienced competitors another opportunity to put their training to the test in front of the crowds of The Bay Games

Across five events, athletes will be tested through pressing, deadlifting, carrying, loading and good old-fashioned awkward-object strength.

We are so pumped to bring heavy strength sports back to The Games. It has been a part of what we do since the beginning.

& we missed it..!

We have partnered up with STRONG JERVIS BAY & they will be running number FOUR of Australia’s Strongest Grand Prix with us at Jervis Bay.

The Bay’s Strongest will run on Saturday 7th November, alongside the Bay Games - so you’ll be able to catch all the Strongman action on the day! 🫡

Regos and event workouts go LIVE: MONDAY 24th August @ 6:30pm.
