Great day of lifting for the silent achiever .stergiou really has matured as a lifter over the past year proud of his work as a jnr lifter.
We stayed around 2% above his weight just to implement a conservative water load drop so his performance was not affected. We’ve learnt over the course of training time that we have to be very cautious how much exposure of training intensity and volume his body can tolerate as it tends to over reach and breakdown quite quickly. This prep everything was altered and managed well for 30kg total PB and he will continue to get the work done and nail that 250kg squat and 300kg deadlift.

Hi everyone,
We have a spacious upstairs room available at KAOS Fitness in Keilor Park. It’s ideal for an allied health professional wanting to be part of a performance-driven environment, or alternatively can be used as a private office space.
The room has previously been used for massage therapy and office work, but we’re open to a range of uses. Offers great exposure and a strong training atmosphere.
Suitable for physio, chiro, message, myotheraphy or similar services.
