Sometimes the hardest thing to do is speak up.

But your thoughts deserve to be heard. Your experiences are real. And what you're feeling matters.

You don't have to carry things on your own, and you don't have to have all the right words. Reaching out to someone you trust can be the first step towards getting support.

And if speaking up feels scary, remember our message: speak even if your voice shakes. There are people who care, who will listen, and who want to help.

Some days, we all need a reminder of this. 💙

Your voice deserves to be heard, your feelings are valid and no matter what you're facing, you matter!

If you or someone you know is experiencing bullying, remember you don't have to face it alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, and there are people who care and want to help.

Call 13 DOLLY (13 36 55), or request a call back for a time that suits: https://dollysdream.org.au/what-we-do/bullying-support-line
