Maida Vale Masters Swim Team - Western Australia The club meets on Monday evenings, starting at 6.30pm at the Maida Vale Heated Swimming Pool.
(cnr of Kalamunda Road and Gooseberry Hill Road)
These evenings include coaching and training programs as well as opportunities to complete distance swims, not to mention announcements and social get togethers on the first Monday each month. This is the best time to come and meet us and have a swim. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t swum for years as all levels, from those learning to swim throu

This morning was just the beginning of the strong weather cell!😳
That has to be one of the most magnificent cold front formations out there pure perfection! 🌧️ 🌬️
The coldie should move through the capes around sunrise tomorrow, bringing gusty winds to the SWLD before the winds reach us by midday onwards but rainfall looks minimal. ☔️ 🌧️
Who knows maybe some thundery showers 🤷

Great effort from the team at the Newman Churchlands Act Belong Commit Club Challenge this morning ❤️🤍💙🐬 We were almost as impressive in raffle wins as we were in the pool! Thanks to our awesome officials and supporters 🤗

A decent mob this morning to compete in the Swanny Ocean Classic from Cottesloe to Swanbourne. Most of us swam the 2km whilst Clare ran the distance 🏊🏼♀️🏊🏼♂️🏃🏻♀️

IMPORTANT MESSAGE! The Iconic Swim Thru Perth is being held on Sunday 18th January and the event is desperately in need of swimmers!
I realise people are concerned about the possibility of a “large marine creature ” and jellyfish BUT they are in the ocean and no one bats an eye about jumping in the water! Plus there are lots of support vessels making g lots of noise!
PLEASE consider a 1.6 if you’re not up to the 3.5k an support this outstanding event!
HAVE I HEAPED ENOUGH GUILT ON YOU YET!!😳😂👍
