Hello lovely men. Stretch class is back this Tuesday and marks the Winter Solstice - the longest night of the year. This is an ideal time to embrace your inner self and reflect on who you are and where you’d like to go. This is a perfect time for reflection, introspection and intention setting. We’ll be exploring poses that honour stillness and calm the nervous system so we can we can embrace the cooler months with a clear mind and centred body.

Ho Ho Ho Naked Yogis!
The silly season has finally arrived & it’s time to celebrate.
It’s been a shocker of a year and we’ve been tested in many ways, however it’s been a joy seeing you all every Sunday via Zoom. The commitment to your practice and each other has been inspiring, and has kept me going during those darker periods of lockdown.
To celebrate I’m throwing a Christmas themed special to cap off the year. This will be a combined in person and livestream event involving: a Naked Yoga Flow, Ritual and some mingle time.

Hello lovely men,
The sun has been shining here in Melbourne, restrictions are being lifted and there’s a sense of lightness in the air as we all re-emerge from ‘The Great Pause’.
With the recent announcement of borders re-opening, I’m beginning to hatch plans for the summer. I hope you are too.
So in the spirit of adventures, I’d like to invite you to Phoenix Rising Men’s Retreat. A weekend event that I’d be running with Curt Mason, the mastermind behind the Naked Man events. This weekend is coming up very soon: December 11th – 13th
We’ve secured a beautiful venue in the heart of the Victorian Spa country and have been working hard to arrange a program to help you reconnect with your body, mind and community…..in REAL LIFE!
The program will include Ta***ic Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mindful Meditation Walks, Rituals and exploring the ‘Five Erotic Pillars’ of mindful self touch.
