Jeffrey is a life-size version of the operation game. He is ours, and this week he is wearing I-MED Radiology's colours, which for a business built on steady hands turned out to be a very good match.

There is a buzzwire on stand 413 at SmallBiz Week today, and it has PSC Insurance Brokers' name on it rather than ours.

That is the whole idea. We build the game, we brand it to the client, we set it up and then we get out of the way.

And that is what it is really for. Nobody walks up to a stand to be sold to, but everybody will have a go at something. Thirty seconds later they are laughing about their time and talking to the team, and the broker never had to start the conversation.

That is Fat Zebra's line, and since yesterday morning it has been a mini golf hole sitting in the middle of B2B eCommerce World at Melbourne Park.

We built the windmill around the four things that actually go wrong in payments. Declines. Fraud. Chargebacks. Payout delays. Get a ball past all of them and you have earned your hole in one.
