Thursday 22 October 2026 at Lassanai Farm

Our 3 Phase Equitation rallies will offer private or small group (max 3) lessons, with up to 4 different obstacles to practice and perfect.

The October rally will be coached by Charlot Dekkers.

With 25 years of experience as a rider, coach, and trainer, Charlot holds a Diploma of Equitation Science and is committed to helping people build a stronger, more harmonious relationship with their horses. Her teaching approach is holistic, focused on ethical, kind, and easily understandable methods that prioritise horse welfare at every step.

Coaching regularly with various Working Equitation clubs, Charlot creates a safe, encouraging environment, and will coach riders in proper ex*****on of each obstacle.

Dewies do 3PE!

We have some exciting plans underway, and will be offering regular instructor led 3PE rallies.

These will be held mid week on a Thursday, with a maximum of 3 riders per group and up to four obstacles set up.

3PE is a fantastic cross training discipline. It not only improves suppleness, balance and coordination and builds strength and engagement of hindquarters of the horse, but increases responsiveness to aids and enhances focus and willingness to work. From a rider perspective it improves feel, communication and partnership with the horse and encourages teamwork and mutual confidence. Plus, it’s so much FUN!!!

2 day clinic - Friday June 19 and Saturday June 20.

Perfect for riders wanting to build confidence and partnership in a fun environment and for experienced riders wanting to train with Level 3 Coach Andrew Simms.

Today we hosted the wonderful Lissanthea Taylor and her friend Sven from The Better Rider Project for individual mounted physio, and Marcel Loeb for group lessons using Franklin Balls to improve our position. Every rider saw positive improvement in their riding and their horses movement. Our facilities at Lassanai Farm kept us dry and warm!
