When it comes to choosing which protein powder is best for you, there are 3 KEY questions you should be asking;
Is it a Concentrate, Blend, or Isolate?
Put simply, an Isolate is a higher quality protein when compared to an Concentrate or Blend. It contains a purer protein content and less fat & lactose.
For those who have trouble stomaching lactose products, an Isolate is a better option.
Is it diluted with unnecessary ingredients?
Some brands overflow their products with unnecessary ingredients which in turn dilute the overall protein content of the powder.
When you're buying a protein powder, it would be safe to assume you're after protein, right?
Does it mix well & taste great?
This one is a little harder to know if you haven't tried a product, though there are some brands who are known for a grittier texture which doesn't mix well, and some who are known for a smooth well-mixing powder.
Fortunately for you, OX WHEY covers all the bases.
✅ Protein ISOLATE
✅ No unnecessary Ingredients
✅ Great mix-ability & taste
It's an easy choice, it's OX. 💪

Energy Balance is what determines whether we lose weight, gain weight, or simply maintain our current state.
Put simply, consume less and move more is a great way to shift this energy balance in your favour... though it isn't always that simple.
Calorie Absorption refers to the amount of calories actually metabolized by your body. This may differ from person to person, or even food to food.
For Instance; Fats, Carbs and Protein are metabolized differently to each other.... as are spicy foods.
This is known as TEF, the Thermogenic Effect of Food.
This is why "Calories Absorbed" is a better indicator than "Calorie Intake"
Best course of action?
Be aware of how your body is responding to different intakes & expenditure levels, and adjust accordingly.
