Girl power after class win at Bathurst 6 Hour Team Buccini Racing wants to go one better than last year and nail a Bathurst 6 Hour class win, and again with an all-girl driver line up.

Fabulous to see some incredible women behind the wheel at the Bathurst 12 Hour this weekend.

Keep your eyes out for Laura Kraihamer, Sue Shier Palermo, Team Buccini Racing and Tammie Hotz. Couldn’t find a full entry list that covers support categories so gives us a shout if we’ve missed anyone!

✨Bathurst 6-Hour Team Announcement - Part 1 ✨

Team Buccini Racing is excited to announce the return of the all girls team for the 2024 Bathurst 6-Hour! After their successes last year in 2nd place, they are on the prowl for that first place trophy this year, with a new addition to the team!

Retuning to the Brisbane Motor Works prepared BMW 135i, ready once again to tackle the mountain is Karlie Buccini and Courtney Prince who both did an awesome job last year in their stints to get to the top and have been racing together in a few events this year where they have been very successful.

This year, however, our third driver is Sue Palermo, who comes from a wealth of racing experience behind her. We are so excited to welcome her to our team!

As we all know, girls in motorsport is a bit of a controversial topic and there isn’t anywhere near the number of women compared to men. So, let’s get behind this great group of girls and support them as much as possible because, let’s be honest, they are already “showing” up the boys anyway 😉
