came to Angel Fit wanting guidance with her fat loss journey.

Her goal was to feel her healthiest, loss some body fat and become her most confident version of herself. She also wanted to see training as something positive vs something she HAD to do.

So what did we do?⁣

⁣We popped her on a meal plan following the flexible dieting approach. This approach allowed her to learn that she could eat ANYTHING she wanted to achieve her goals.

I also gave her a training program personalised to her individual lifestyle and goals, so she could achieve the results she wanted.

She has also fallen in LOVE with exercise, learned how to eat more while achieving her results & plans on sticking to it long term. I am so proud
