Sorry for the lack of posts lately… my mind is blur after moving unpacking, cleaning, working full time, with no help since we are in lockdown and we can’t have visitors to our house 🤦🏽♀️

For training wise I’ve been doing the best I can really, definitely had a mix bags of good, ok and meh training sessions. Priorities has to shift to get sh*t done ✅

For anyone who missed - I’ve sold my house 2 months ago prior to lockdown & it’s been a long process since then but grateful & continue to move forward no matter what 🙌

I’m not one to do a house tour but I could haha 😂 I haven’t got much furniture in just yet, waiting for lockdown to relax abit to get an interior designer to come & get some opinion 😎

I’m very grateful for the hard times - there’s obviously good times as well 🦋 losing my dad at a young age has taught me that life is so precious, if you want to do something just do it 😎

❤️🩹 Positive self talk, believe it or not most people don’t care about that small little thing that you have been stress out for no reason - hating every little thing about your body is not the solution

❤️🩹 You won’t get out of shape if you have a bad day! Same as you won’t get in shape in just one day! Everything takes time & effort - I’m way more flexible now than ever and been getting way better results 💪🏼

❤️🩹 STOP weighting yourself everyday. I was doing this everyday during my Comp prep and to be honest ever since I’ve stopped caring about a particular number I’ve been getting way better results - I barely jump on the scale these days (been moving house so have no idea where it is 🚚)

UPDATE SUCCESSFULLY MOVED HOUSE 🏡 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Last weekend to be exact 🙏 Yes moving is essentials, but it has been very slow since the whole state is in a strict lockdown 🥲 I have been going back to the old house to clean up & packed things up very grateful to be healthy & safe 🤍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Yesterday got my first Pfizer jab 🙌 At the point where I really need to visit my hairdresser a trim & coloured 😂 When we finally come out of lockdown what’s the first thing your doing? 😀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The more good days you have - focus on this instead - I had days where I was sooo tired to workout due to stress and anxiety 😥 but I had to focus on the good days to get me though. There is a huge satisfaction crawling out of difficult moments & finding your way back. 🙏

Loving the meal plans the only meal plans I’ve actually enjoyed maybe cause I ate similar foods 😍 when I was in Gold Coast I don’t track 🙈

When I was in lockdown and quarantine I slept so well 😝 like 8-9 hours per night. These days realistic would be 6-7 hours in normal life
Steps 👟
Tbh struggling to hit 10K, and now 12K per day 🥺 but my goal is to build so not going to stress about hitting steps as long as it’s over 8K 🐒
Life update 👓
Sold my house last weekend 🙌 Currently in the works on building a new house, life is happening 💪🏼 whenever I’m in a busy period of my life I stay kind to my body and set realistic goals like hitting 4-5 workouts out of 6 per week is great. Keen to see how the next 4 weeks turns out queens 👸🏽

I’m so sorry for all the stress, pain and suffering I’ve put my body though over the years. From severe under eating 600-800 calories & trying all the fads diets out there no fruits, no carbs, low fats, high fats, high cardio, detox tea, detox this and that. To be truth I thought that it was the only way to get known in the fitness industry is to be shredded & of course competing fuel that ‘lack’ even higher 😩

The truth is that the more I am in this journey the more I realised that there’s always ups and downs. When I first started I had my inner mean girl on - always wanted perfection - which left me very very unhappy. The moment that I start to fuel my body correctly, went on a muscle gain phrase 2017, everything changes I start loving the journey more. Now in 2021 I appreciate & grateful that I am healthy and accepting my body in all shapes & sizes ❣️

Hello Queens👋 No deep long captions today just being really happy to be release early from a 14 day quarantine 💙
Since Gold Coast is now in orange zone not red zone and I got my negative test results on Thursday 🙌 First thing you do when you are release early in the wild? Go to the gym yes I did 😁💪🏼 also what do you think of this blue set from on me?
There are some 50 shades of blue on their site - if your into that 💙 I never have this colour before as a set! Love the fit 💙 This colour reminds me of my actual face in the morning when Melbourne is 5 degrees 🥶

❣️Post workout: LSF busy gal breakfast 🤤
❣️Snack: Protein bar
❣️ Lunch: Tuna Egg salad with basmati rice
❣️ Afternoon snack: Greek yoghurt fat free & dark choc chip nibs
❣️ Dinner: Turkey Mexican bowl + some popcorn 🍿 + jarrah white chocolate or caramel hot choc

Eating on vacation: while I’m here on holiday I don’t track much tbh I just tend to stick with 3 meals instead of 5! Two out of three meals are at restaurants while my breakfast has been the usual busy gal breakfast 😍 Lunch seems to be similar to what I normal have & dinner tend to be Japanese there’s some awesome Japanese restaurants up here 😋 and yes i do have alcohol but it’s always moderation 1-2 drinks max for me. My go to vodka and Diet Coke or expresso martini 🍸 Some queens like to track even on holiday each to their own do what’s best for you 🙌

The journey is never ending. We will go through different chapters of life. In this 8 years difference what started was an obsession to get as lean as possible! You know what I definitely achieved this by restricting my calories & limit by carbs for years, over do on cardio & not prioristing weight training 💔 As a result I felt weak, always hangry, lost my period for years & my health was declining 😤 Now the matured & educated version of me spend most of my time in a surplus, weight trained 5 days per week & definitely more healthier & happier ❤️🔥

Of course set backs are normal I had post competition blues, injuries and a recent hernia surgeries & still on the mend ❤️🩹 If you queen take anything from this post it is that IF YOU FALl OFF TRACK YOU ARE ONLY ONE MEAL, ONE WORKOUT AWAY FROM BEEN BACK ON TRACK 💪🏼 Small wins is still a win, this morning I set a goal of waking up 5 mins earlier than the day before 😂
