Loving this movement lately, as the main incline press 🔥
With this movement you can train the clavicular pec fibres in both mid -shortened range and the lengthened.
Just by altering your body position slightly. Having your torso closer to the cable, will allow you to train in the short position. Then facing away will be the lengthened position.

Amazing progression has been achieved with Chris and we’re only getting started 🔥💪🏽
His hard work and passionate mentality has been amazing to work with.
We started working together at the start of July.
We have only dropped 2.5kg, although we have put on a sufficient amount of new muscle tissue within that process.

12 Weeks Post Surgery - 8kg ⬆️🔥🚀
came to me after an ACL and meniscus surgery with a goal of getting his mass back. We are well underway, we've added 8kg since we started 12 weeks ago. Legs have been implemented back in 4 weeks ago. Beyond excited to see how much progress we can make in the next few weeks !
Started at roughly 2400 calories daily, and built up the food to 4000 weekly average. 🔥
Achieved all this with a minimal effective volume, as Tristians schedule is really hectic. So we had to get the most out of spending the least amount of time in the gym.

The shreds are coming in quietly 🔥🙏
The last few weeks have been the most mind blowing and blissful weeks. There’s something about a fat loss phase. That just makes me so much more productive and high functioning.
Even through the lower cals and increased steps.
