Hello, My name is Fion. I'm from Hong Kong. I'm passionate about two things; fitness and mental health. Fitness has changed my life and I want to help people change their life too.
I truly believe that exercise is a strong tool to make yourself feel good, it releases endorphins and dopamine. I have seen many people improving their stress levels, emotional stability, become more confident, productive and enjoy their life.
My passion is training people and helping them improve their confidence, one of the most important things is your health. Your look shouldn't define your self-value but working on your health is essential for a happy life.
I personally lost weight from 90kg to 60kg, powerlifting over 300 KG. I train hard, I eat well. I feel stronger every day. Health is not just about only weight loss and gaining muscle, it is about developing the overall quality of life through habit and lifestyle, setting and achieving goals, improving mental health and a good relationship with food.
When I create a program or exercise I try to get as much information from my client because everyone simply has a different body, lifestyle and goals. Weight training combined with moderate cardio training will provide you body transformations with long-lasting body change! - no quick fix and no YOYOeffect.
I'm going to guide you push you and motivate you during your training session, I'll teach you how good movements are done and everything matters for your goal, regardless of what your goal is.
Whether you're walking into the gym for the first, second, third or even tenth time it's hard, but by pushing through those days you will thank yourself in the future. Do something today you will reap the benefits tomorrow, next week and even next year, I promise you won't regret it! I'm not only your personal trainer I will be your friend because I really care. Probably not fitness relate, but I’m thankful I had a talk with one of my Beautiful friend this morning, and she encouraged me and inspired me☺️
Motivation come and go, especially in this hard time during lockdown as your normal lifestyle and momentum is falling apart.
I’m missing those days I have a clear goal, followed a structural plan, did every tiny little step to hit the aim. I think it’s time to set another new goal and execute it.
I found that help a lot is connecting with your GOOD friend. When I say good friend is good energy friend.
Bad energy people doubt you, criticise you, deny and jealous you, crush and hurt you, always let you down.
Equal energy people like you, appreciate you, cherish you, give you company, credit and recognition.
Higher energy people understand you, tolerate you, support and guard you, help you achieve accomplishment and truly happy for you.
Be with someone different, then you will have a different story.
Optimising yourself then we will attract better level people, not on them, it’s on us! Hope everyone stays same in this crazy time😇

When you’re used to being passive, assertiveness feels like aggression.
When you’re not used to getting your need met, prioritising yourself feels selfish.

My first powerlifting meet, I won but this is a game compare to yourself and enjoying the ride. I was really nervous!! The truth is I been always doing bodybuilding program cooperate strength set/block for a long time until 7 weeks ago I do a proper powerlifting training program.
I’m still overwhelming because I got my 140kg PB conventional deadlift from the comp. ( not my round back sumo😅) That’s my favourite lift of the day. I was lost my confidence as I didn’t get my bench and squat third attempt. So getting my deadlift PR is just brighten my whole day.
Squat: 100kg✔️110kg✔️115kg❌
Bench: 60kg✔️65kg✔️70kg❌
Deadlift: 125kg✔️132kg✔️140kg✔️
Total: 315kg
Thanks so much who came watch me and as I annoy him everyday about my training process 😂which I want to tell my clients if you are dedicated about your goals I don’t mind you message me millions time per day.
Have to drop some kg before summer so I don’t look like a bear🦧 Goals is become a little power builder happy, healthy , keep spreading joy and love!
Today I was getting frustrated as I wasn’t able to get my desired number with my deadlift. I went home, I found a video around 4years when I was in England. OMG!! My form!!
Then I feel a bit proud because I barely skip any of my training day for a long time.
I love lifting heavy, I love the number, the excitement of breaking a PR and seeing the techique get better.
Compare is a thrive of joy, but compare now and old version of yourself, you see how far you come from, that journey- priceless.
7weeks ago I did 130kg 1rep, last week I can do 2reps! That’s a progression. Keep going people, I hope everyone is doing ok after the lockdown! Love Fion x
Everyone self critical. Which I think is a good thing. Keep you going and become a better version of yourself.
I work with a lot of different people, busy mum, busy professionals, shift worker, trader, older people etc.
When I look at my clients, I always so proud of them. Because they are trying to jump out of their comfort zone and make the changes.
You don't need to be perfect to start. You got to start from somewhere. Doesn't matter where you start and I will take you there.
Despite the difficulties they faced, everyone kept a positive attitude and persisted through every part of their journey. The dogged perseverance is certainly worth emulating and inspiring.
I always have something to learn from everybody.
Video is around 2year apart, and I'm still learning. I always want my clients maintain a good form. It's extremely important, keep you away from injury and when you doing right things, your body just change naturally.
Personal training is 2 way thing, I'm giving you my best and I hope you put in your mind and work. We work as a team. (:
