One of my clients and I have been focusing on her barbell back squat technique the past few weeks. She has been diligent at sending me videos of her sets, and applying the little nuggets of coaching I give her.

It shows because yesterday she got a compliment from one of the gym bros 🤜🏽🤛🏽

Haha love it! They be ‘mirin! 🤩

She has also dropped more than 4kg of body fat in just five weeks, and we’re not even halfway through our program 😏

Love seeing my team kick goals in and outside of the gym!

Give it up for Clifton Hill heart-throb Dean 😍👏🏻

Dean came to me in November wanting to drop body fat and get leaner to enhance his athletic capabilities in preparation for footy, and to improve his body composition

Being a social butterfly, some of the things that was holding him back was going to social events, not having much control of his nutrition and drinking alcohol

By having a plan and realistic targets in place, we were able to navigate important events like his best friends’ birthday parties and Christmas parties

Result? Dean dropped almost 6kg in seven weeks and got into tip top shape! Best of all, he has been maintaining his progress throughout summer. If you see him at the gym , give him a fist bump 🤜🏻🤛🏻

When your client has two meals before midday and they look like this
…and I’m all for it! 👍🏼👏🏼

You can train as much as you like, and as hard as you like. But if your nutrition is not aligned with your goals, your body won’t change 🤷🏻‍♂️

Jeremy averages 18k steps a day, does resistance training 4x + a couple of runs a week. Giving his body enough fuel to perform is paramount!

He trains hard and stays consistent, but as you can see, he also puts just as much focus on nutrition. Sleep & recovery is next on our hit list!

Then he will be well on his way to becoming Super Saiyan! 😤

Soph decided to join The Power Project not just to drop body fat and get leaner, but also to gain confidence from challenging herself to consistently show up as her best self! What was holding her back was her eating habits, particularly unplanned snacking.

She dropped 2.5kg in only seven weeks, which is pretty impressive for somebody who had a pretty slim physique already! More importantly she gained more muscle tone! How? Training + nutrition + recovery, that’s how!
