Taking out 2nd place for BFT Trainer of the Year 2026 is such a well-deserved achievement.
Sez is the kindest, most caring and bubbly person, and the way she takes the time to truly get to know every member on a personal level is something so rare. To so many, she’s not just a coach, she’s a genuine friend.
Her coaching knowledge is next level, and she has an incredible way of explaining things so our members feel confident and understood.
She makes the complex feel simple, and always brings the best energy into every session she coaches.
