Massive congratulations to Ezekiel on earning selection in the Queensland Reds U15s team🫱🏼‍🫲🏽
That's not an easy feat. Moving interstate to chase a dream, his family backing him, but if you knew this kid when he was here, you'd know this was the trajectory he was on.
This is the result of firstly, a great family and village around him, hard work, talent, good development and like I mentioned last week, being exposed to different environments.
Keep putting yourself in rooms that challenge you to grow. We're all proud of you Ezy🩵💛

Exposure matters⬇️

Taking our young Victorian players interstate gives them the opportunity to experience different styles, different environments and different levels of footy.

One thing NSW showed us — we’re not far off the pace💯 We just need more opportunities to test ourselves outside our own backyard🙌🏼
