We begin first with a warm up, introducing you to the vibe, and then we dance to a set, warming down to end with a meditation, followed by a delicious treat.
The genre of the sets will alternate each week.
From pure instrumentals, right through to Psy Trance, the goal is to connect with the music, keep moving, and we don't stop.
