I wanted to give Trace a HUGE shoutout 📣 I mean look at her plank 😍😍😍
tracey has come so far in the last 12 months. She shows up consistently and lets me push her to her limits. We went from planks on knees for a few seconds to full toe planks for 1 min +

Firrrst post of the year! & what great way to start it with a personal POV.
The 7 + hours of sleep has me challenged 🥲… Slowly changes happening. 6 hours is my current average & it’s something I’m consciously working on. A little sleep hack I’ve been trying is going to bed earlier 10 mins earlier each night. I then plan to increase it every 2-3 weeks

Ghosting szn is finished 👻👀.. I’ve been a lil bit of a hot mess, still having fun and doing only the things I enjoy!
Here’s a recap of what happened last month:
✅ loooots of anytime fitness
✅ I went to Sydney and did a private reformer session with my Sydney be ignited gals!
✅ group classes out of my ears!
✅ a whole heap of water, matcha and caffeine
✅ recipes in the be ignited app 🥺🥹
OH & did I mention group classes?! Check the last slide for a 40 min core and upper body workout ✌🏽&🫶🏽
