If the lead side doesn’t open efficiently, you’ll fight blocks, hooks, early extension and loss of speed.
Here are 4 exercises we use to improve lead-side control and rotational sequencing:
1️⃣ Non weight-bearing chest & hip rotations
2️⃣ Step + push drill (dynamic ground force awareness)
3️⃣ Banded lead-side pull
4️⃣ Dumbbell fly + rotation

Proud moments like this never get old.
Huge congratulations to Jack on making it through to the next stage of Q School in China and earning his status on the China Tour 👏⛳️ This didn’t happen by accident.
Behind this result is a lot of hard work, patience, and commitment — in training, in rehab, and most importantly in learning how to translate preparation into performance when it matters.
